The National Centre for Health Information Systems is a division of the Polish Ministry of Health. It seeks to build health information systems and to execute the national eHealth plan. It also administers EU structural funds in the area of healthcare. The Centre supports the Ministry of Health with sociological, statistical and economic research and analysis, and carries out assignments aimed at the development of information systems to optimize the allocation of financial resources for healthcare.
